Publisher Services International Agent: Managed over 1000 US music publisher relationships. Only agent concurrently managing foreign societies. Handled complex inquiries, such as locating missing royalties, resulting in a 20% department workload reduction, generating additional revenue for the client and the company with each completed inquiry. For larger clients, overhauled and maintained an Inquiry spreadsheet, providing client updates on a regular basis. One such spreadsheet helped reduce the number of inquiries from 75 to 40, with an average dollar value in the thousands per inquiry.

New Publisher Affiliation Manager: Increased throughput of new client affiliation process by 200% within first three months through streamlining of incoming applications and reworking internal affiliation databases, while working simultaneously working with potential clients for necessary documentation.

Inquiry Agent: Managed development of IT projects such as Automation of Affiliation Process, and New Publisher Affiliation Database. Improved customer experience as member of Website Redesign team and Licensing Enhancement team. Handpicked to organize Employee Shadowing program, leading to overall employee retention through education.
